• Phishing, malware, or links that impersonate another brand without authorization.
• Adult content involving minors, or any illegal content under US or EU law.
• Spam — using GetLinkPunch links inside unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging.
• Cloaking the destination URL to bypass safe-browsing or ad-network review.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content inciting violence.

We may disable individual short links or suspend an account for clear violations, with notice when feasible. Severe abuse (malware, CSAM, fraud) is removed immediately without notice.
